Meet Rebecca Deveroix

Rebecca received a private education entirely at the Deveroix Estate under some of the nation's most respected tutors.

Harriet insisted public schools were beneath the Deveroix family and spared no expense to provide her daughter with what she called "the finest education money could buy."

Rebecca excelled academically, studying literature, history, economics, art history, foreign languages, classical music appreciation, etiquette, business, and public speaking.

She graduated with Highest Honors at eighteen.

Yet despite her exceptional education...

Rebecca never experienced many of life's ordinary moments.

She never attended public school.

Never rode a school bus.

Never ate lunch in a cafeteria.

Never attended a football game.

Never went to prom.

Never had a sleepover.

Never celebrated a birthday with classmates.

Every aspect of her life was carefully planned and supervised by Harriet.

Rebecca is intelligent, compassionate, quietly funny, and deeply curious about the world beyond the gates of the Deveroix Estate.

Although raised to become the perfect socialite, she secretly longs for an ordinary life where she can make her own choices, wear what she likes, and simply be herself.

She loves reading, painting, gardening, and old bookstores, though she rarely has the opportunity to enjoy them freely.

Unknown even to herself, Rebecca inherited her father's philosophical heart and quiet determination.
